🚚 Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver orders across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

⏱️ Delivery Time

  • Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi: 1–3 working days

  • Other Emirates: 2–5 working days

  • Delivery times may occasionally vary due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery is available on eligible orders as mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

  • Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

💵 Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible UAE orders.

You can pay the total order amount in cash when your package is delivered.

Please make sure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

📦 Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day after being placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive delivery/tracking information by SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the available courier service.

📞 Delivery Confirmation

Our delivery partner may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your delivery details and arrange delivery.

Please provide an active UAE phone number and a complete delivery address to avoid delays.

🔄 Failed Delivery

If the courier cannot reach you or the delivery is unsuccessful, additional delivery attempts may be made.

Orders may be cancelled if the customer cannot be reached after multiple attempts.

📝 Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has already been dispatched.
